Fault 1: The mixer cannot be started.

The reason is that the switch button of the air compressor is not turned on, or the circuit breaker is not turned on, and the maintenance door of the main engine is not closed properly. The solution is to check all these places-again, and solve the problem if there is any problem.

Fault 2: The lubricating oil pump cannot work normally.

The reason is that the power cord is faulty and cannot transmit current normally; or the motor in the lubricating oil pump is faulty or short-circuited; the solution is to replace the power cord to see if it can start working, if not, replace the motor.

Fault 3: Abnormal noise or vibration in the mixer.

The reason is that the bearing is damaged; or the linkage belt between the motor and the stirring arm is loose; or the motor itself has abnormal noise or vibration due to lack of lubrication or aging of parts. The solution is to check all the above parts and replace if there is any problem.
